Actually they were intended to be used in recipes with more of an Asian flavor. For suggestions goggle

Broccoli is usually available in the local markets. But they're small like the cauliflowers.
There's also brocolini on the market here, hard to tell which is which sometimes. Broccoli is one of our favourite vegetables, I suspect the stuff we buy might be imported although it's not hugely expensive.
