11yo Thief Gets Collared in Action

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On August 10 2018, at 10:30 am, an 11-year-old boy, N**** Leng, was detained after stealing a bag and a phone at house no. 742, street 62, Khan Reusey Keo, Phnom Penh.

When police checked the security camera, they saw 4 people on 2 motorbikes stopped in front of the house on the pretext of buying a bottle of water. While they were distracting the attention, the kid slipped inside the house to steal a bag and a phone.

But there was a woman inside the house, who screamed and nabbed the juvenile thief when she saw what he was up to. The three others rode off on their motorbikes, leaving the suspect stranded. He got taken down to the police station for questioning, and police are searching for the other 3 suspects.
