Web Developer Required

I am looking for a Part Time Web Developer with experience in Php, Javascript, HTML CSS and MySql. I would need a committment of 18-20 Hours on a weekly basis. The working hours can be flexible including option to work on weekends. Let me know if anyone of you is interested. So many times I hear non technical people make that mistake.
