Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: In a terrible incident of domestic violence, a 39-year-old woman, P*** Srey Neang, was locked up by her nasty husband in Sangkat Steung Meanchey, after he beat her up and shaved her head. She was released on 8 August at 7pm by a neighbor, who had called the police.

The woman said that since she divorced her ex-husband, she had been living with her new 40-year-old husband, Sin Dara, a junk collector, for about a year. But he was cruel to her and repeatedly abused her. He would regularly insult her, beat her, and shave her hair, and then lock her up for nearly a month in their room until her hair grew back, when he would release her.

On the day of the incident in question, her husband beat her, shaved her hair and locked her in the room again, saying she cheated on him with another man. The neighbors and the police broke the lock on the door to rescue the victim, who filed a complaint with police to arrest her husband.

I think her bald head might be a more distinguishing feature than her eyes...

She certainly knows how to pick them.
