well i am a parent to millennials and thats not how i brought them up

Basic analysis shows us that parents are the fundamental role models of children. Not the only ones, but the most significant. Parenting well, with clarity and knowledge of the incredible impact had on a child is a tough job. Full respect to those that take understand that and take that responsibility seriously.
I put "our" in quotes because the idea of a participation trophy was a disgrace to the family, and hence, the only trophies I still have are from events I actually ranked podium place in.
