Musical Instrument Delivery Truck Overturns into Dirty Canal
Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On August 2 at 12 pm, a Musical Instrument delivery truck was overturned into the canal on national road 20A, Khan Dongkor, Phnom Penh.
The truck took the musical instrument to play at Saang district, it was driven by a 28 years old man, Chan Vireak. Before the incident, he drove on national road 20A from west to east. suddenly one of the wheels got off caused the truck overturned into the canal. There were no injuries.
After the incident, the police went to check the accident and the truck owner called a tow truck to take his truck out of the canal.

Looks like a dry roadside drainage ditch, not a "dirty canal". And it looks like the overturned truck was carrying mostly chain link fence material. The little portable mixing board doesn't really make it much of a "musical delivery truck".
