Best Hostess Bar in Phnom Penh?

This is the part of the forum where we discuss Cambodia's nightlife! While most bars, nightclubs, pubs, beer gardens, and hostess bars are in Phnom Penh, we discuss the Cambodian nightlife across all of Cambodia, including Siem Reap, Kampot, and Sihanoukville. The main nightlife areas in Phnom Penh are on Street 136, Street 130, Street 110 and Street 51, but there are other party spots that aren't girlie bars where expats, tourists, and locals drink until the sun comes up. as the girls change bars frequently, isn't it kind of hard to say which is best?
also everyone likes different girls

Range of length of stay in our bars is about 6-18 months. A few get snapped up quickly - we recently lost a cashier after five weeks because a guy offered her $1,400 a month plus apartment plus college fees etc.
Yes everyone likes different girls. Our top girls (250-300 ladydrinks a month) are not all stunners. They are just extremely pleasant, entertaining girls who make the customers feel happy.
All the girls on salary arrive at 6.30pm. The ladydrink girls usually arrive 7-8pm.

holy crap, 250 to 300 drinks a month plus salary not including tips, no wonder old geezers in here keep bitching or boasting (it can go either way) abt not wanting to pay for sex, its not they did not want to pay but rather they could not afford to pay :ROFL:

The top girls can make a fair amount of money. Say $180 basic salary, plus $375 for 250 ladydrinks, $25 target bonus, plus maybe $80 in customer tips, plus if they go out with customers maybe ten times a month that’s another maybe $600. That’s $1,260 a month.
Most of the experienced girls also have at least one or two guys sending them money each month from overseas, typically $200-500 each.

(i already know what usually happens but)... just out of curiosity, whats the deal with the barfines for the 'ladydrink' girls in your bars, who are not on salary and as you put are free to come and go as they please, do they still need to be barfined if they want to leave with a customer?

hahaha newbies take note, this is coming from a owner who owns 4 bars n manages 70 to 80 bargirls, this shld be made a sticky
