iPhones are well made. And they just work. It isn’t a phone for tinkering and hacking. It isn’t an el cheapo throwaway phone. It’s a phone for getting stuff done.
Is there a ‘premium’ for an iPhone? No more premium than the other top of the line phones. And iPhones keep their value much better. I’ve never had anyone refuse to take an older iPhone.
The components inside an iPhone are usually inferior compared to other phones. Smaller battery, fewer processing cores, less RAM, lower speed processor, etc.
But performance wise they last as fast or faster than other phones. Runs various applications as fast or faster. The batteries last as long or longer than other phones. Everything is intuitive and consistent among applications. I can pick up my iPhone and use it. In other phones, I need to figure out how to do things.
Best yet, iPhones will continue to improve.
That’s my 2 cents.
