Why do Chinese (assuming they’re all PRC in Cambodia) smoke like some of us did at school?

It’s like they’ve just started. Most women don’t even inhale it. Just puff, exhale. Odd.

Anyway. You can’t be racist towards the “Chinese” only xenophobic. Unless you said “Those stinking/dirty Han Chinese!” Or “Those Taiwanese Chinese are scum” as two examples, that would be racist as they are a race.
