Driving license in Phnom Phen, where is the office located, what is the closest hotel ?

Hello,

Can you show me a google map link to find the driving license office in Phnom Phen, I would like to go directly after landing at airport, so I am also looking for an hotel near the office. Can you help ?

If you could also confirm what documents I will need and how long it will take to get the license, thank you more !

By the way, I want to extend an ordinary visa that I will get at airport for 1 year, should I do it before trying to get the driving license, or it is not important ? (another by the way

where do I have to go to extend the visa ?)

Extend visa first (>=6 months), then apply for driving license. They other way around is not going to work..
