Hello, everyone.

I am looking to change to a different one-bedroom apartment at (or before) the end of this month. My requirements are as follows:

1) I would like to be in the southern 2/3 of Chaktomok or the nothern half of BKK-1 (Here's a map of where I'd like to be.

)

2) Need a separate bedroom (not a studio), with a balcony, free WiFi, once a week cleaning and fully furnished.

3) If the apartment is above the second floor, the building must have a lift.

4) I've seen a couple of places in the $300-$500/month range, so nothing too much more than that please. No $650 or above under any circumstances.

I've been distributing a color printout of the same requirements to my favorite Tuk Tuk drivers. The written qualifications that I posted directly beneath the map in this thread are on the back side of the map in the printed version.

That's the northern part of BKK1 and the south-eastern part of Daun Penh.
