i bet that whoever wrote that hasnt even been here. theyve just scraped news articles,forums and social media and created another article about chinese in Sihanoukville.

That bit never had anything there before, apart from a couple of guest houses. That's taking a right from the White Sands Palace towards Ariston. The other direction the change is more significant and is where the restaurants used to be.
