Three Chinese men held for attempted murder
16 July 2018
Three Chinese nationals were charged with the attempted murder of a Cambodian woman on Friday in Chom Chao commune, in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district.

Police identified the suspects as Zou Xinan, 44, a former co-worker of the victim, and Qiu Xingjie, and Hu Xuehua, both 38, who were tourists.

They are accused attempting to murder Xinan’s 26-year-old colleague in a revenge attack after the victim reported his attempted blackmail and rape to the company. After their assault, the three accused fled but were apprehended outside the Phnom Penh International Airport.
