The people don't care. They don't deal with problems properly. They have no pride in law and order. It's a bad mindset that is holding back the Country and plays into the hands of thugs and criminals and ruins it for the good people.

Just a few decades ago, people got sick of massive corruption and decided to usher in law and order (albeit with a severe ideological bent). Had the effect of shortening lifespans dramatically.
