Too much fuffing around with the deco for me. Nouvelle Cuisine has been dead for 25 years, thank God. Someone should tell the Chef at Topaz.

so where did u go to eat after u finished there?

To me french food, (yes the presentation is great), is not only overpriced, but not filling at all
In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

Not quite right, Nouvelle Cuisine was an aberration.

But think Blanquette, Hachis (a little like Shepherd's Pie), Onion Soup (with a thick cover of pastry and cheese), Cassoulet, Confit, Gigot d'Agneau, Fondue, Tartiflette, Choucroute garnie, Boeuf Bourgignon.

Fark, I am hungry now.

A huge plate with a dollop of something in the middle. Why? Why not just buy smaller plates?

How much was the amuse bouche, escargot in wine reduction?

Too much.

I call it fairy food. Some wanker who thinks he 's designing fashion in Milan applies it to food. FAIL.

Well you certainly can't on your so called budget. But then again your only a attention seeking pineapple.
Always "hope" but never "expect".
