I would really appreciate any additional information you can provide. I have about 50 ducks and two geese, you don't have to do all that much, I feed them rice husk mostly

no, i don't think you need that.
sure it is a risk, but a much lower order than ND.
as to where- I don't know. except in Battambang!
Generally those stores that sell day old chicks should have the vaccine- should be marked
I - 2 thermostable.
