I get that she may have burdensome hair, and is too lazy to shave, but she would be much more attractive to most men without it. Maybe she's not trying to attract men?

In any case If she's so "comfortable" with the hair, why the need to make a din about it?

She's encouraging other women to get hairy to tilt the playing field her way, and free publicity.
