I know not only because it’s my job to study it, here are the official documents exonerating him innocent of these sensational and may I add hilarious exploits. Ferrari uses his alias identification as a dual citizen for these very instances of attempted fraud, slander etc.

More recently Ferrari (like so many others) are sick on Khmer’s having all the rights to perform unjust acts to foreigners, scamming for leases and deals to no end. This instance a fake realtor on behalf of his sister and corrupt police husband had stolen significant funds from deposits and prepaid rents for a casino office.


Answer the audio tape threats:
Yes in one instance Mr. Ferrari had threatened some con man in Monte Carlo,Alain Vogel and Carl Pion (a scam team with no money, looking to scam prepayments for a fake luxury yacht), Ferrari went ballistic when they used his name attached to these fake scams trying to dupe the elite poker community with his name/likeness. Pion has scammed dozens of poker players, perhaps Ferrari needs anger management but a uniquely decreased business mogul is indisputable.



These two men have a long history of targeting the poker player community for assorted investment scams and event buy in thefts.
