OK;
I'll bite
u need a 50/50 partner an what are u putting up,
1,050 sq m of land on the river,( kinda small for 6 bungalows, restaurant,bar) do u own it or?
( if u dont own it, not worth investing)
looks like all u have built is a dance floor

from research i just recently did for Kep;
6 nice wooden furnished bungalows with air con/bathroom/Balcony $8-10,000 each
Fully equipped kitchen ( all kitchen appliances, silverware, plates, glasses etc) BUILT with undercover seating for min 40 $25,000
Bar counter?? a few hundred
renovated house??
landscape around $1,000 with nice walk ways

SO what do u value the land?

Thank you for sharing me information, I do not had experienced to make bungalows.
My idea to make some flaot on Mekong river as you can see in the vid , possible to build it .
I can make 4 bungalows on the land , equipment full furnished set up.
I had 1 flat 6m by 9m already built don't know what , hope to make duplex , with 2 Bedrooms , big terrace .

My owne land , so won't be owery about monthly rental fee
Just pay electricity and water supply ,
I'm new to invest it , good to get estimate cost from yours .

All the best ,
Ken

If you're looking for a business partner, having your signature say "Run For Your Life !" is either a bad idea or a very bold idea.
