More intriguing is a rental contract for 3-5 years. Is it 3, or is it 5 years ? Or is it 3 years at $900, and then increased to $1,150pm ?
As an aside, this restaurant and guest house is very central and in a great location for people-watching, just opposite the market, and is one of the original businesses in Kratie to cater for westerners. (There are still not many, so not much competition.) It used to be called Star for many years. Possibility to do something good with the rooftop, and the restaurant has always had good reviews. At the new, lower, price, it could be an interesting investment - if you want to go live in Kratie of course.
All this is IMO, and I'm not connected to the seller in any way - except for the fact that he paid me a beer last time I stopped by.
