Can the Wicked Khmer Website be Accessed in Cambodia?

If you have something so weird, strange or off-topic to post and think it doesn't belong in any other forum; you're probably right. Please put all your gormless, half-baked, inane, glaikit ideas in here. This might also be a place where we throw threads that appear elsewhere that don't belong ANYWHERE end up, instead of having to flush them. FORUM RULES STILL APPLY.

I had such high hopes when I saw some of the topics. But then saw actual content, to call it lame would discredit the word lame. Interesting intentions, poor execution. That being said I could do no better. I will definitely check back to this site later to see if it develops, keeping fingers crossed.

I looked at the site, if it's unavailable in Cambodia it is no loss.

Actually I found little if anything at all that isn't mentioned or discussed here on CEO.
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.
