In Phnom Penh? New or used. Small, minibar size. How much do they cost new, $60?

If you've got the space for a medium-sized one check out the white-goods store across the street from Central Market - I don't have the shop number or phone number of the shop we always use, but walk along that stretch and compare prices, you'll find it without mistake. They have the small ones, too, but they're a really bad option in fridges if you can avoid them, as are the fridge/water cooler combinations.

Bar fridges suck..use a disproportionate amount of power, single door, so take ages to get really cold...get at least 120 ft3, double door probably cost $20 more, and you'll save that in a few months with electricity

If you need something small, get a slush bucket

Bar fridges suck. that genius is spot on with that . You will find they will need defrosting about once a month, the plastic door on the freezer part will break and make the problem worse . Buy a fridge with a separate freezer and it's own door.

Thanks. Does white goods means appliances? What side of central market? And how much would a medium sized one cost? Thanks.

Yes, white goods means appliances. The side closest to Monivong - it's a double-wide shop usually run exclusively by women. There bottom price is their bottom price, and they will tell you what it is if you ask them directly. Their opening bid is usually only $20 over their low price, which is refreshing. It's almost next door to a god-awful looking bright red jewelry store on St 136.

The southern part facing the market, it's 136 street between 63 and 67. Between 63 and 53 is mostly gold shops.
