A rare case of cigarette theft in the news. Local cigarettes are very cheap, about 50c a packet.

Battambang: At midnight, on June 13, 2018, at Prek Mohatep Village, Sangkat Svay Por, Battambang City, police detained a suspect and sent him to the provincial police commission for theft.
Battambang police chief Colonel Pheang Heang said that the suspect, Sun Sarith, a 16-year-old male from Chrey Koang village had climbed the fence of the victim, Svay Khyrin, and robbed him of 7 packets of cigarettes.

Those look like Mevius, previously known as Mild Seven. They cost around 5000 Riel ($1.25) a pack. Still less than a tenth of what cigarettes cost back home.
