back in the 70's they used run junkets to Las vegas,
You had to agree to purchase $10,000 in chips, got free airfare ( Dc-Vegas) hotel accommodations and food coupons
2 of us would go and just play roulette, one black ,one white, so u'd only lose on the 0 and double 00
think we did it 3 times till they caught on...

Right. You'd never win on any spin and 5.26% of the spins you'd lose both bets.

the idea was not to win, ( although that would have been nice), but to break even an have a free junket
only 2 spots out of 38 would we lose,( fucking Americans, Europe there's only the 1 zero out of 37)

Thank you, CN, the name has been corrected to Heffernan.

According to his facebook page, James Heffernan was traveling between Pattaya and Siem Riep, as well as the UK, in the period 2016-18. He seems to have been doing well.
He posted a selfie flying Business class on Qatar in January 2016.
