Big winds cause damage in Phnom Penh

Daun Penh District in Phnom Penh saw some material damage today as high winds lifted a billboard which crashed on to the road, causing slight injuries to a passing Korean national on a motorbike.

Was pretty wild for a bit there:
GT: The wind blowing bonnet at the point of close proximity to the wicket of Sokimex along Street No. 217 did not cause any casualties, but resulted in a completely damaged car. Traffic is jamming at the scene.

At least one motorcyclist was quite badly injured when a tree fell on the road.

Morticia, Pubert and I ducked into the PP train station to avoid the blasts. I was watching construction cranes and waiting....glad nothing huge came down from all the high rise construction sites all over the place.
