Chinese Man Detained with His Car after Smashing into a Woman's Motorbike

Post by CEOCambodiaNews »

Phnom Penh: On June 7 at 10:30 am, a Chinese man was detained with a Lexus RX300 car after he drove into a woman's motorbike in Sangkat Beung Kengkong, Khan Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh.

Before the incident, a Lexus car plate no. PP2AF-6222 was driven by a Chinese man at high speed to smash into the victim's motorbike which was driving in the same direction.

The Chinese man and the woman had an argument over who was at fault, so the authorities intervened in the post-accident negotiations between the two, and finally the man decided to pay compensation to the victim to end the argument.

again and again.... Chinese in Phnom Penh feel like inside video games
It’s hard to win an argument with a smart person, but it’s damn near impossible to win an argument with a stupid person.
