If you change your email address it will email you a new activation link... that means if you change it to a bogus email address it will deactivate your account and you'll have no way to activate it.

If you want to change your email to something that's not your real email, use guerilla mail to make a temporary email address to use.

OK, I know I'm sort of the "Scoffer"on this site ( without admin privileges!) but WTF is "guerilla" email and why should I or shouldn't I, use it? Also, why should I give a shit if you have my correct email address or not?While I understand ( to a point) QQ's stand on the other site, is it really a security issue I should worry about?

I don't even know about guerilla email.

In my opinion, I wouldn't worry too much about that here. The Dragon and I take everyone's privacy VERY, VERY seriously and would never think of sharing or posting your personal info.

Guerrilla mail is a temporary email account that requires no login to check the mail. Just goto the site and get an email address. They even have an android app.
