Seriously? This is the new Sihanoukville? Haven't been in 6-7 years.

To be fair, the great version of Sihanoukville was over like 10 years ago. Then it slowly faded into decline. The Chinese developments were the final nail in the proverbial "Snookie" coffin.

It's not only in SHV, I went to Phu Quoc last week and the Chinese manager of the hotel I was staying in said they want to make Phu Quoc into the new Hong Kong. Give it 3 years he said. Not exaggerating, his exacts words and not a tiny hotel either, brand new 260 room hotel.
