PP: Colombian lady on bicycle robbed at gunpoint at night

Last night a friend of mine from Colombia was robbed by two guys in a moto and a gun in front of Villa Lanka. She was in a bicycle when the two thieves blocked her with the moto and threatening her with a gun. They robbed her backpack with two cameras and her national passport. Since there is not Colombian embassy here, we are trying to find the passport.
We do appreciate if there is anyone who can help us to find her passport back.We would be able to pay a reward in case we find the passport.

I hear it happened around 7 pm.

Between the rising Chinese crime and the young Cambodian thugs who cannot find a way to earn money, It just makes me feels insecure in Cambodia right now.

Is it about the low season or what ?

I cannot understand how we see so many news about people arrested - but stil so many poor people playing with fire. There is no repression, behind, no jail? Just a night in the cell?
