American Forces Said to Bomb ISIS Targets in Iraq

Yeah, that place out 'there'. Anything not really Cambodia related should go here.

Yes, it's all the Frenchie's fault! Or more accurately, Hitler's!

What a chain of events Hitler would be proud of ...

first with the russkis in afghanistan- the arab spring / libya and the whole ouster of the brotherhood in egypt appears to pivot on saudi and usa money and materiel- syria- same.

it always blows back

great opportunities for a Greater Israel in the mix too.

those Yazidi people will furnish a useful casus belli, but the whole of kurdistan is at stake and the city of mosul, petroleum and logisitics centre is the main strategic prize.

Mr Obama has very few options in this time - he will put boots in- it is inevitable.

he may garner a great deal of domestic support by doing so among his constituency, certainly Israel would not be averse.

He should never pulled troops out of Iraq in the first place. All it did was create a power vacuum. I highly doubt he will put boots on the ground. ISIS is in fact an ally in fighting the evil assad and proxy war versing Russia! So what Obama has done is try to figure out....how do we make it look like we are helping when in fact we dont want to help??

Soooo....he dropped 2 bombs on artillery pieces(american btw) and the mountain still gets over run. Then goes on vacation!! woo!

The guy is clearly a sympathizer to muslims....especially his fucked up passion for the muslim bro hood in Egypt and the way he and the government media complex has treated Israel. What about that traitor he saved?...didnt he bless the white house during his speech? unreal...

when you read the history of the region, it was pretty much set up by the great powers for the purpose of exploiting oil.
an armenian dude named gulbenkian did rather well out of the carve up. the history of the region makes highly amusing reading.
not least some of the imperial chaps and their doings.
it is pretty obvious no one is going to control this region by proxy.
go to be roman occupation and nation building to make it stick.
not that the romans prospered long in the region.

What more amazing is Islams conquest in the region. This caliphate needs to be stopped ASAP. The western countries are playing with some serious fire.
