Begging for functional A/C in Phnom Penh

Post by Dangerous Dave »

Finish this sentence:

"The coldest I've ever been, indoors, anywhere in Phnom Penh is at ______________."

Locations in Chaktomok or BKK-1 would be especially helpful. Thanks.

The coldest I've ever been, indoors, anywhere in Phnom Penh is at Krispy Kreme st 51. Sit under the aircon on the right hand side. You'll need a jumper!
