No, I'd say she's misguided, a trifle self-important, and sure that she has the upper moral ground. Her comments to the lady in Kampot showed a lack of empathy and a strong note of righteousness.
But there's no reason to stalk the woman on FB or whatever. That's creepy and scary.

I think she should read Heidi Hoefinger to get another take on girls who work in bars and may or may not have sex.
