Takeo Ex Governor's House Caught Fire

Takeo: On May 14 at 1:30 pm, there was a fire at the Ex Governor's house, Kong Someoun, Snor Village, Sangkat Rokar Knong, Takeo. The fire was allegedly caused by an electricity explosion.
The house owner said that before the fire everyone was having lunch and relaxing under the house. By the time that they realized the house was on fire, a lot of the upstairs had already burnt. Then they contacted the firefighters a bit late, and the fire burned down the whole house in 30 minutes flat.

No names mentioned in that article. Trying to find out if there's a connection.

The name is mentioned. Kong Someoun. Also shown at the top of the video. Not the same as the murderer/fake suicide.
