There is the chuckle heads of the day award photo.
Where did they get the vehicle, light bar and decals?
How does this sell fire extinguishers?
Pure gold comedy.

Guess you just walk in the police station and grab some keys and drive away. Chinese idiots... yes, but what about the police ?

What’s the problem? At least the driver had a driving licence. The corrupt Police hate competition.

Maybe they planned to pass themselves off as police to Chinese businesses. The businesses would be coerced into buying $50 fire extinguishers.

Wouldn't it have been more profitable to advertise fire extinguishers if they were driving a fire truck?

Chinese arrested for driving police vehicle
Two Chinese businessmen were arrested on Tuesday by Preah Sihanouk provincial police for driving a vehicle outfitted with a police plate to aid their sale of fire extinguishers.
Kong Sareth, a provincial police officer, identified the suspects as Huang Cheng, 32, and Chen Lu, 26.
“They were arrested because they drove a vehicle with a police plate, which was linked to the department of fire prevention and rescue at the Ministry of Interior,” he said.
“They drove the car with that plate and advertised the sale of their fire extinguishing products in the province,” he added.
Mr Sareth said that after their arrests, police confiscated the vehicle, which the suspects had got from an official, and the number plate.
Ey Sokha, deputy provincial police chief, said yesterday that the two Chinese suspects were later released after being educated.
“They were not detained,” he said. “They have been freed.”
Mr Sokha said that the confiscated car and plate were later returned to the department from which they originated.
He added that police are now seeking to determine which official rented the police car to the two suspects so that they can be disciplined.
