Introduce Yourself

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

:beer3: ohh, one of the few people who remember the good old times.

StroppyChops,
thanx for your post and I hope that EdinWigan has answered your question (but I DO look very similar to him. That's why I have chosen that picture.)

General Mackevili,
thanx a lot for your welcoming message. Looking forward to see the board growing.

Und die laufen vom Gesicht
Doch der Haifisch lebt im Wasser
So die Tränen sieht man nicht

In der Tiefe ist es einsam
Und so manche Träne fliesst
Und so kommt es dass das Wasser
In den Meeren salzig ist

I made the connection, and was gently digging to discover if you are THAT Francis! Nice subtle humour there, Ed, nice one!

Howdy

I'm an American, moving to PP in two weeks to hopefully attend RUPP for a Masters in Economic Development and set up a social enterprise. Will also be volunteering at an English teaching school that I previously taught at in 2011/2012. Excited to move back and to maybe meet some of you all.

I like to play football (soccer), read non-fiction books about history and geo-politics, eat Indian food, and drink tequila. If you have any daughters who are lawyers, doctors, or scientists let me know :OD:

Welcome to CEO!

Sounds like you will have a lot of questions about lining in Cambodia soon. We have an "Ask the Expats" section where you can ask us any questions you may half. :good:

Have fun!
