There's a project called Good Touch Bad Touch which teaches kids what's appropriate and what isn't. Obviously it's aimed at safeguarding kids against adults, but might also help in situations like these to better educate both kids. The project is tied into a youth anti-porn initiative - www.asianyouthagainstporn.org - which AFAIK is not faith-based content and is getting some traction. A friend of mine is one of the key drivers on this.
