Hey just wondering does anyone know if airsoft or bb guns legal in cambodia?

I remember they're not, I had looked into it a few years ago.

They banned them about 12 years ago, but similar toys are often found in toy stores and markets, not always in plain view. I bought one to shoot monkeys years ago. Not to actually hit them but just to scare them off, worked pretty well. My son and his friends buy cheap ones sometimes, but they are frowned upon by most adults who will tell you that the police might shoot you if they see you brandishing what looks like a gun. Factory made BB guns are unknown here, there are folks in the boonies who make gas-powered ones for hunting but there's no way you can buy one legally. There are actually very few weapons which are legal for the average citizen to own, and even waving a meat cleaver or machete around might get you in the papers for a "samurai sword" attack. Anything which fires projectiles including slingshots are banned. One exception to this seems to be bows, I've seen them on sale openly.
