You can get a good approximation with the help of the diagram below and by converting your answer in centimeters to USD. If you measure in inches multiply your answer by 2.54. :D

That sounds cheap. I'm told they only have rope in Texas therefor it would be very expensive.

Goombah is an Italian American slang word for a friend.

Judging by the OP's post, I don't think he could pay someone enough.

Most likely though he is trying to write goomah, but since Steve is a medigan he doesn't know how to.

Depending on how much of a sucker you are, you can pay anywhere from $0 to $2000 a month for a kept lady or "side piece" here.

Or if you're really good you can make money from it. Ask all the young Khmer, African and Vietnamese guys who play cards all day and pick up their Khmer girlfriends from the bars, massages, and karaokes when they close at 2:00 AM. They'll fill you in on the specifics.
