44yo man (NOT) arrested for being drunk and bothering the neighbors

Phnom Penh: According to a neighboring source who declined to be named, at 9:15 pm May 1, 2018, a 44-year-old motordop named Bohan Tin, drank about 3 to 4 cans of beer, and then suddenly started shouting and making a racket from his apartment, waking up all the neighbors.

When local police arrived on the scene, the drunk man would not listen to them, but kept shouting. Surprisingly, the police did not arrest him, just let him go after listening to him for half an hour.
Finally, the motordop agreed to shut up and let his neighbors sleep in peace. Residents complained that he was always like that when he had been drinking. However, no complaint was filed.

i had neighbours just like that.
one was fat ugly red head thirty something year old foul mouthed hag that drank all day & night.
the other was middle age male foul mouthed abusive nasty corrections officer.
