Phnom Penh: On April 24, a 26 year old man, was arrested and taken to court for sexual picture threatening on social media Facebook.

The 25 years old victim woman said that, she had husband already but she has to go far away from home to work. Then she met the suspect who also has wife. They contacted each other until having sex. A while later, she feel guilty as they both already has husband and wife so she wanted to leave the suspect. As when they had sex with each other, they both took naked picture and made sexual video in his phone. After knowing that the victim wanted to leave him, the suspect threatened the victim that he will show those naked picture and sexual video on Facebook if she didn't have sex with him again and again.

The victim tried to avoid to meet the suspect and wanted to stop having sex with him. Then, on April 22, the suspect ordered her to come to meet him on April 23, otherwise he would really post the sexual video on Facebook. After getting that message she decided to file a complaint to the police to arrest the suspect for sexual abuse.

After arrested, the suspect confessed that he really had sex with the victim and has naked picture and sexual video. He said that he really loves the victim and want to see her all the time, but recently the victim tried to avoid him, and that's why he threatened to post her nude pictures and video on Facebook, just to make her want to be back with him.

However, the suspect was taken to court for further legal procedure.
