Chinese man staying illegally, arrested for stealing phone from casino
Preah Sihanouk province: On the evening of April 25, 2018, the criminal police force received a phone complaint from a casino manager that a former employee, a Chinese man, had stolen the company's mobile phone. After receiving the complaint, the local police forces searched for and detained the suspect at 19:00 on the same date. The manager's name is ZENG YONG JIE, 35 years old, and the name of the casino is not given, but it is located at Village 2, Sangkat 2, Sihanoukville.
The suspect, ZHANG HUA YU, a 22-year-old Chinese national, does not have a valid residence visa.
