Phnom Penh: On April 24 at 2 am, a 15 year old girl, D** S****, was arrested after stealing 2 cases of beer and 2 perfumes from the owner of Mohaleap restaurant in Koh Pich Center in Sangkat Tonlay Basak, Khan Chamkar morn, Phnom Penh.

According to the restaurant owner, Chhorn Vochleang, 24 years old, she was looking for staff to work at her restaurant so she hired the suspect to work for her for 100 USD per month.
2 days later, the victim closed her restaurant for the day, and when she came back to open it again, it was a total mess inside and she saw that she had lost 2 cases of beer and her perfume for praying. She had suspicions about the young girl she had hired because she didn't come back to work.
So the restaurant owner went to detain the suspect and let the security check her bag where they found the perfumes. After that the girl's boss took her to the police station, but as she felt sorry for the girl, she abstained from making an official complaint in favour of a lecture and reeducation by the police.
