Seriously Multipox, yes, things have changed in Thailand

Although still very helpful locals compared to many countries

Just one cow on the BTS who I put right very quickly with my limited Thai on my last visit

She did apologise when she realised I could understand her snide comment about not having exact change

I asked her in if she wanted me to come back with exact change in a short time or long time

What does KoW mean, please?
So we can uncheck the box 'has experience with the local situation'.

....
We can if the form we're filling out goes back more than 7 years.

Whether someone knows "Kingdom of Wonder" is not exactly a good gauge of experience, since it is just an advertising slogan used by a government tourist agency.
