French Man Dies in Motorbike Accident in Sihanoukville
Sihanoukville: A 60 year old French man, identified only as Patrick, died in a motorbike accident at 3:30 am on April 8, on Independence Street, near Ousamart bridge, Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville.
The victim was riding the motorbike alone when he hit the side of the road causing his motorbike to fall over. He wasn't wearing a helmet and his head hit the ground.
The authorites took the victim to the provincial hospital. Unfortunately, they weren't able to save his life, he died around noon yesterday (8 April). RIP

The second photo appears to be a white car wing mirror cover. Certainly doesn't look like part of the red bike pictured. What does that have to do with a solo accident?
3:30am and a witness saw him wash out on the side of the road , or no witnesses and potentially a white vehicle involved, now missing its wing mirror cap?
