Are you based in Osoam? If so, I know a certain family of Khmer Australians claimed they tested the soil. You could ask them

Yes OSaom and I know who that Khmer Australian is and shall enquire thanks. A few different soil types around here so it will be interesting to see his land ( which I haven't got around to yet) and compare soils.

Interesting. Thanks for the offer, I may soon take you up on that. I'm actually more concerned about the trace elements as the ph here is very close to neutral and, as such, nothing should be 'locked up' in the soil. However some plants thrive while other varieties struggle or don't perform at all.

I also have an arsenic testing kit for groundwater, again unused.

I'm unlikely to need either for some time, so message me if you don't find them elsewhere.

Both CARDI and MAFF/GDA do soil testing. The last time I did it through MAFF/GDA it cost about $42 per sample. Tests for a long list of nutrients, PH, organic matter, etc. Had to wait about a week for the results. I am told CARDI is about $75 per sample, but I never tried it.
