Where to find Investors?

With the growing prospects of Cambodia getting better and better, I am wondering where I can meet investors, both Cambodian and foreign. Anyone have any tips on websites or specific organizations in Cambodia? I think there are opportunities in the education and parenting industries.

Chamber(s) of commerce? Just Google chamber of commerce Cambodia.
