suggestion;
throw in some paintings on the wall, a few throw carpets, stand up lights, bed side table lights
would look 1,0000% nicer and cost ya under $500

tight arse pookies here wont even fork out 300$ for this, how on earth wld an property agent throw in few bucks of his own money to make the apartment look better?

If this were in Bangkok at 15,000 baht/$500US for a new 2-bedroom near Sukhumvit, there'd be a lineup and maybe even a bidding war.

if it were below soi 33 to ploenchit it would be 40-50,000 baht/month, ($1,270-1,600/month) :beer3:
