Chinese construction worker violence; 1 man arrested, Sihanoukville

SIHANOUKVILLE - A Chinese construction worker, 38 year old Lin Zhi Yong, was arrested on the evening of 20 March for intentional violence against another construction worker, Lin Zhi Min, at Village 1, Sangkat No.3, Municipality, Preah Sihanouk province.
It is claimed that the suspect beat up the victim over a $500 debt and stole his phone and power bank. The victim, who sustained injuries to his head and shoulder, filed a charge of intentional violence against the suspect with Sihanoukville police.
