15 year old Girl is Arrested for Selling Drugs on the Street

Phnom Penh: On March 14 at 1:40 pm, a 15 year old Cambodian girl, K** Chheang, was arrested for selling drugs on the street at Sankat Sras Chork, Khan Doun Penh, Phnom Penh. The suspect, who was busted with 14 small bags and 1 big packet of drugs, was detained at Sras Chork Police Station.

The suspect confessed that she bought that 15 packs of drug from an unidentified man. She paid 15,000r for 1 small packet which she sold for 20,000r, and the big packet is 50,000 riel. The case has been transferred to Khan Daun Penh Police station.

She does look older, but she looks like a user. Poor girl. I 'd like to get my hands on the "unidentified man" who sold her the drugs.

It's terrible to see all the kids that are getting arrested while the real dealers spread their poison.

It's terrible to see all the kids that are getting arrested while the real dealers spread their poison.

I think she is a “real dealer”, whatever that means.

Nobody has that amount of those small packages for personal consumption. She was selling it and got caught.

Those prices seem really cheap, I always wondered how these kids get the money for it but at those prices it makes a bit more sense.

i always wonder how the authorities can tolerate the glue sniffing kids who are so evident near riverside.
some of them look well under 10 years old.
is there no help for them?

She sure doesn't look 15!

I think the problem here is she's a spotty faced youth who's been hitting the meth, so it's kind of ground zero there. If you look at the skin of her arms it's not wrinkled. But yeah, she's been ridden hard and put away wet.
