No longer available - Fishing and Camping Lodge on Acreage - Otres, Sihanoukville

This newly constructed lodge is nestled in the middle of over 7000 sq. meters of gardens and natural forest, secured behind a two-metre high wall.
With its own power and potable water supply, the 150m2 lodge sits on the bank of a stocked 2500sq m fishing lake. Across the water you will see our impressive tiki huts, situated behind the main house are our camping grounds. If you prefer the indoors, we even have a private room overlooking the lake.
Walk through the forest and you will find the river running along the back boundary. Ideally suited for fishing, camping, corporate days or just a quiet afternoons drink, the lodge comes with two magnificent bathrooms (and yes, we have hot showers), a huge master bedroom, a private room, large kitchen and massive bar entertainment area.
With over six years remaining on the lease, (paid up to April 2018) with very reasonable terms, this property offers something for everyone. Whether you are looking for a quiet residential retreat, a tourism business, or a combination of both, this property is a dream come true.

Dude. Sorry to rain on your parade (advert) but that area is prime real estate.
Can you see clear to the pagoda? There’s a reason for that. That whole area is being sold and cleared - from the steel beamed structure on the hill to way past the pagoda up the hill and beyond.
I hope you’ve got cash to take your landlord to court, assuming you’ve a proper fingerprinted sangkated (That’s now my copyright) lease you’re screwed.
